Returns Policy

1. General Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase from TAC Pants, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact: Please reach out to us via email at support@tacpants.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website, tacpants.com.

  • Non-returnable Items: Products purchased through third-party retailers and items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

  • Receipt Requirement: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase may be refused.

2. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately to begin the return process. Please include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)

  • Complete shipping address

In some cases, we may request additional photos or videos to finalize a refund or replacement.

3. Return Process

  • Processing Time: It may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process it.

  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued for defective products. Non-defective product returns will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs.

  • Return Address: The return address will be provided via email by our customer service team once your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually take 1-3 business days, while credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Timing for Changes: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Procedure: Provide your order number and specify the changes you'd like to make. We'll confirm once the changes have been completed.

  • Restrictions: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
